Working with Visionary Zone was generally a good experience, apart from a few hiccups. I still believe you are on the leading edge of product delivery concepts for knowledge industries like architecture. The process as far as communication and transfer of information ran well. Regularly scheduled telephone calls and active project status tracking were professionally managed and provided the necessary communication link between Toronto and Malaysia. Even though there were problems, the post production debriefing and analysis was a successful meeting where several good ideas and protocols were suggested to ensure that there would be clear understanding of status, outstanding needs, and critical path for any future project.
