Visionary Zone's Directors and senior team members are construction professionals (architects, quantity surveyors and engineers) with many years of individual experience working within the building industry throughout North America, Europe and Australia. We offer not only technical expertise, but also value-added professional input to our client's projects.

Roger F. Poulin
Chief Executive Officer

Roger Poulin is a registered architect with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) in Canada and a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.

Originally from Canada, Roger has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has provided consultancy services to various international governments and worked on large scale museum, retail, residential, hospital, and infrastructure projects in Canada and the USA. Roger has also provided architectural advisory services throughout the South East Asian region.

Roger heads the Visionary Zone reviewing team and ensures that architectural Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services achieve exacting international standards to meet your needs. He is also the primary Visionary Zone marketing force for the North American market.

Jeffery Cheah
Director

Jeffery Cheah is a registered architect with the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) and the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM).

A native of Malaysia, Jeff has worked in Australia and has been in practice in Malaysia for over 15 years. Jeffery has experience on a wide range of projects throughout Malaysia, as well as in China, India and the Middle East. These project includes housing developments, master planning, condominiums, hotels and industrial projects, as well as residential developments.

Jeffery's role at Visionary Zone is to ensure that documentation standards and architectural integrity is maintained during the drawing production process of client's projects. He is also the marketing arm for Middle Eastern Projects.
